Ms. Rodgers was very professional, easily relatable, and extremely quick with her case handling. Ms. Rodgers handle my privileged driver's license from start to finish in one week. Even over the holidays. Everyone should give Ms. Rodgers a call for all matters that needs a lawyer. She will be my lawyer for the rest of my life.
Wiley Nickel is a first class attorney! I had a pending charge in North Carolina that was preventing me from getting a job I really needed and wanted. I live in Oregon now so I was in a complete frazzled state of mind trying to figure out what I was going to do. I went on AVVO and started researching attorneys in the Raleigh, NC area and came across Wiley who had outstanding reviews. I sent a message on a late Saturday night and received a response Sunday morning! We discussed my case and I decided to hire him. From the beginning, Mr. Nickel was upfront and honest about the fact that I may be required to travel to North Carolina to handle my case and get it closed out, but he assured me he would do everything possible to try and prevent that. Not only did he take care of my case without me having to step foot outside of Oregon, he got it completely dismissed!!! This is where he went above and beyond his duties of an attorney.....my new place of employment was willing to work with me and still offer me the position as long as the case wasn't in pending status anymore. After a few weeks of us waiting for the DA to be back from vacation so Wiley could talk to him, I was getting very nervous that somebody else would be hired in my place because they were tired of waiting. Wiley offered to write them a letter explaining that the case is being worked on and he was confident in it being dismissed. I think that is what ultimately saved me from losing the job. He didn't have to take the time to do that and it was out of pure kindness of heart and understanding that he offered to do anything he could to help me. So in the end, my case was dismissed, I have officially been offered the position and now Wiley and his team are working on getting it expunged from my record (at no extra cost!). He clearly has a big heart and truly cares about his clients. Not once did I feel bad about bugging him with all my questions and concerns, he listened patiently and responded to emails right away. I highly recommend Wiley Nickel and his firm for any legal troubles you may have. Thank you again Wiley! You truly saved my life :)
I would recommend Bob to anyone that is need of legal advice or consultation, In fact I have recommended him to a couple of people, they have used him for their legal needs. They were completely satisfied with his punctuation and his response to their needs. Bob is my lawyer currently and will continue to keep him as my lawyer. He has helped me out tremendously with the needs of my son on obtaining custody to keep him from harm and has always defended me and my decisions on what was right for me and my son. Bob is very prompt on returning emails or phone calls and answering any questions that you have in regards to your case. Bob is a compassionate man and/or as well to what legal aids are needed for your best interest. I am very pleased with Bob and his work ethic and Knowledge about the laws, will always recommend him to my peers. Bob is a wonderful Lawyer and person that unltimately cares about you as a person and not a number. All thumbs up for Robert "Bob" Craig!!

Words cannot do justice to all Ben has done for me. I knew I made the right decision in hiring him from the first moment we spoke on the phone. Right from the get-go, he helped to ease the stress and anxiety of my DWI by letting me know every possible outcome of my situation. He was both honest and optimistic that we stood a good chance of winning my case, yet knowing both the best and the worst case scenario's was very much appreciated because it allowed me to be as prepared as I could possibly be. He was there to guide me every step of the way, and it never ceased to amaze me how knowledgeable Ben is of every minute facet of the law. Time and time again, I thanked my lucky stars that I found Ben who could be there to stand beside me to fight my case. And the best part? When it came time to go before the Judge, Ben hammered home the problems within my case and I was therefore found not guilty. I would highly recommend Ben Hiltzheimer to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney who is willing to go above and beyond.
Last year I was arrested on many very serious criminal charges and until a few months ago I faced the very real possibility of spending many years behind bars. I hired Roberts Law Group to represent me. Patrick Roberts was my attorney. He was straightforward with me and gave me a no-nonsense idea of what to expect from the criminal justice process. He fought hard to defend my rights and it is clear to me that he is a very talented negotiator. By bringing in the right experts to aid in my defense and negotiating with the DAs office, he was able to get the majority of my charges dropped as part of my plea bargain and I am now on supervised probation and going back to school instead of rotting in prison. I am sincerely grateful for his help. He is like a guardian angel. His staff is also wonderful. They are all very helpful and professional. I would especially like to thank Sabina and Jill who helped keep me and my familys spirits up throughout my ordeal. I highly recommend Roberts Law Group to anyone facing serious criminal charges. I would not trust my future to any other firm!
Thank you so much, Rick Answers to your questions. 1. I rather not take it back to Dad's name because I was told that Medicaid would want the reimbusement after his death. 2. He has Tri-care for Life 3. He is in rehab facility but they put him on hospice care with resident care(?) I am really not sure, they said something like medicare doesn't cover for long term. He's been there since Aug.2011. And asked me to apply for medicaid ASAP, which is a problem due to the house situation as I noted earlier 4. I think he has Humana, I received Humana asking him to choose 2012 medicare coveage by Dec. 7, 2011
I recently had a situation occur that was potentially damaging for the rest of my life. I called Jesse and within 5 minutes of discussion on the phone told him to sign me up as a client and asked when we could meet. We discussed a brief overview of my situation and met the next day. Based upon our brief, initial discussion Jesse had already formulated some ideas and then, based upon our further, in-depth discussions Jesse knew exactly what course of action to take. I left his office with a plan, a promise from him to communicate and a much better feeling. Jesse laid out the course of how things would happen and and play out and how he would address them and he thought best to move forward. I trusted Jesse -implicitly- and he delivered. He researched my situation/case, contacted the appropriate parties in a timely and highly effective manner and proceeded to move forward exactly as he told me he would. Jesse never made any promises he couldn't keep/deliver and he was straight up with regards to matters that were of concern to me and potential "issues" with my situation. He quickly and effectively moved to trial but not without having a pretty clear picture of exactly what was going to happen. He told me what the outcome was likely to be and was completely honest during the whole process while giving me comfort with how the process would develop and evolve. Jesse was amazing - when we went to court that day he was more than just my advocate. He had my back in every sense of the word and truly looked out for my best interest. The results that Jesse attained are amazing - when I think of it I am still just a bit dumbfounded on how quickly he acted, how effective he was and how he delivered results that exceeded not only my expectations but, honestly, my best case scenario. Jesse will give you a review of your case, lay out his thoughts and opinion for you and tell you where you stand while making no unreasonable promises. I knew I had a good attorney when I read reviews from his peers and others in the legal field and they said they would choose Jesse if they needed an attorney - what I didn't know was that I would be getting someone who TRULY looks out for your human interests and rights. I could go on but I will close by simply stating that Jesse will tell you straight up what is going and and he will work hard for you, your rights and your interests.... and he isn't arrogant, judgemental or egotistical about it. Hire him -
Damon was awesome. He's tough as nails and doesn't back down. I got a great outcome and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be referring people to him in the future should they need help.
