Earlier this year, Cransten sent a young man to install a storage lift in my garage. When I met Carl I was impressed at his professional demeanor. He was friendly and oh boy he knew what he was doing! His work was impeccable and he appeared to be enjoying what he did. Even though he was doing the installation, he was always eager to answer an old ladies questions about the equipment and when everything was completed, he spent time to demonstrate the operation of the lift and I felt that Carl made sure I understood how it worked. I was blown away when Carl helped me tidy up and he made sure all the cardboard and pieces were in the trash. I never experienced such a happy worker that was really good at what he was doing. He was courteous to a fault and I felt as though I had been interacting with him as if he were my grandson. Carl was a real blessing to me and I thank Cransten for hiring this extremely talented and knowledgeable young man. Any and all other projects will receive my business!
