Introduction: My name is Stephanie, and I am so excited to be offering massage therapy in the Durham/Raleigh area! I went to school in Asheville, NC at the Center for Massage & Natural Health in 2013, and have been practicing ever since. Helping others heal through massage is my passion. I believe that massage is a powerful tool not only for relieving physical tension, but also to provide much needed relief from our everyday worries. All of my massages are uniquely crafted for each client to provide a personalized experience, every time. My main areas of focus are Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Integrative Massage, but I like to offer services such as cupping, aromatherapy and reflexology as well to enhance your experience.

Stephine took time to determine what areas were bothering me most relieving muscle tension I was experiencing and then went to work. I give her five stars and two thumbs up, excellent massage therapist!

Massage Therapy

My experience at Soma was 2nd to none. My therapist took the time to listen to me beforehand, make sure I was comfortable during my session, and talk with me afterwards. Very friendly and professional. Highly skilled.
