Introduction: Hi, I’m Catie. I’ve been a personal wellness coach for 7 years and specialize in fat loss, joint pain, and have worked with the elderly, as well as athletes. My background includes circuit training for muscle toning and fat loss, mobility for joint support, and injury prevention. I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science, and I’m a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My training consists of in-home training, virtual training, outdoor training, or I can come to a gym you have in mind. I do not own a private studio (yet!) so for now, o do mostly in home or virtual sessions. I offer 1 hour 1-on-1 personal training sessions, virtual training sessions, and group personal training sessions for up to 6 people. I also create 4-6 week programs that include a video training session or a printed exercise program! Let me know if you have any questions!

    I like to start with a phone assessment. The goal of the phone call is to assess your goals and needs, and make a plan to fit those needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated from UNC Wilmington with a BS in Exercise Science. I've worked in various settings including one on one personal training, group training, working with older adults, those with back pain and other joint issues, and I've taught group fitness classes.
