Travel fees may apply, but that will be discussed in our initial conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone assessment. The goal of the phone call is to assess your goals and needs, and make a plan to fit those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UNC Wilmington with a BS in Exercise Science. I've worked in various settings including one on one personal training, group training, working with older adults, those with back pain and other joint issues, and I've taught group fitness classes.
