I have been working with Coach Bryant Reed of TND Fitness Coaching for 6+ months now, so I feel this amount of time qualifies to comment on the various aspects of working/training with him. Before I touch on the physical manifestations of training with Bryant, I appreciate the manner in which he conducts business: punctual, responsive, fair, clear disclosures on his website, and sensitivity to the needs of the individual client. He truly operates on the basis of understanding that "one size fits all" does not work in this industry. Having a family himself, he exercises flexibility, effective communication, timeliness and empathy, but also holds you accountable for reaching the goals you set for yourself. He operates on time (which I appreciate as a client living by the mantra "time is money") and when he sets a schedule, he keeps it. Onto the training itself, I had been doing Crossfit for 13+ years, and having had a recent shoulder surgery with another one pending, I knew I needed to make some pretty immediate changes if I wanted to reduce some shoulder pain and/or strengthen around the area that was causing the issue. So, I came to him with some pretty specific concerns along with the "I don't know if this is gonna work" attitude. I am happy to report that a majority of the pain being caused by the injured area/tear has considerably subsided. I went into this whole journey thinking that was an impossibility, but to say I've been shocked at the progress made is an understatement. The variety and quality of workouts he creates is exceptional and it's clear that he puts time into creating workouts specific to the client. On a personal level, Bryant is very motivating and holds his own level of fitness to very high standards, which translates well into providing the foundation for his clients to reach their goals. I couldn't make a higher recommendation for a trainer, whether you are seeking to lose weight, gain muscle, recover from an injury, or just make some changes.

Amazing! Wow! Fantastic! Best-in-Class! I could go on and on with words to define just how spectacular this guy is! I know this is said often for those of us who don’t usually spend the time to write a review, and that definitely includes me, but this one needed to be done as it is so well deserved, and I am also a client going on 2 years. I came to Coach Reed after a terrible injury consisting of multiple femur fractures that required intensive surgery to implant a titanium rod inside the femur from my hip to knee cap. My physical therapy coverage ran out and I was still far from being where I wanted to be. I had met Coach at a 12-hour endurance run some months prior (he beat me by the way) and learned he was a fitness coach with a gym located in Wake Forest, which is relatively close to me. When I got cutoff from PT insurance, I reached out and told him about the injury and that I was still having a hard time walking and needed a cane to assist, but needed help. I am an ultrarunner so this type of injury was devastating and could have been the end of my running career. I was concerned with the severity of my injury that he would be a little worried about taking me on considering the risk. He asked the right questions and set realistic goals. Coach knows what he is doing, and my situation is only icing on the cake! I am one stubborn Son of a B, and he worked with me diligently, patiently, and safely, even though most of the time I just wanted to push, push, push! TND Fitness and Coach Reed are without question the best decision I made post-injury! Within 6 months of barely being able to walk, I was right back to running ultras! Two years later and I am in the best shape of my life, including pre-injury, and am running and competing in ultras often, even getting the opportunity to run with Coach again in some races and crew him during his first 100-mile attempt. The dude is a machine, and also someone I now consider a good friend. No matter your situation, you will not be disappointed with the value, professionalism, down to earth, cut the BS and see some real results type of fitness and mindset Coach you will get with Bryant and TND Fitness! Thank you Coach for everything, from the bottom of my heart!

Coach Reed is great! He has that perfect balance of pushing you while still being encouraging. I've been working with him for almost 6 months and I feel better. I feel more fit and stronger. I'm constantly progressing towards my goals. His methods are sustainable, actual lifestyle changes. I'm not starving myself, I still can go out, and I'm steady making progress. It's easy to talk to him if you're struggling with something or need to make some changes. Also he's very flexible with scheduling, my schedule changes each week and he's been able to work with it. Plus he's professional and always on time. His gym is clean and spacious, with a large variety of equipment. No matter where you're starting, he's definitely the person to go to, couldn't ask for a better personal trainer.

Coach Reed is great at what he does. I’ve had two other trainers in the past and never have I seen the difference in my body that I do now. He pushes me while also encouraging me at the same time. It’s more than a job and habit, its a lifestyle for him.

Best trainer ever!!! If I wasn't moving, he'd be my trainer for life. Coach Bryant provides a individualized approach to training. He is really invested in your progress which of course yields results. The gym is very clean, and always fully stocked with water which you will need constantly because you will sweat profusely. Lol Even though you will WORK, it will be worth it. I'm so grateful I found a trainer that was able to snap me back into shape in such a short time, motivate me to change some bad habits, and that didn't make working out seem like a chore. Sessions were fun yet challenging and I'm in the best shape I've been in in years. Thank you!
