Working with TND Fitness has been an amazing experience thus far. My workouts are structured, tailored to my overall health/fitness goals, and most importantly, flexible enough to fit my schedule and lifestyle, all of which have made it easy for me personally to stay consistent and motivated even on the days when I just don't feel like it. The results speak for themselves! My friends/family have noticed the positive changes, and I feel stronger, much more confident, and more focused on the future results. I have truly learned to fully trust the process, knowing that every session is designed with purpose and progression in mind. Overall, I highly recommend TND Fitness - The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping clients succeed. As long as you are vested in doing the work alongside your coach, you are bound to meet your goals!

Coach Bryant has been pivotal in my fitness journey. I’ve been working with him for over 2 years now. I’ve reached my goal weight so we’re currently working on toning. My work schedule is a bit hectic but he’s very flexible so that works out well for me. Coach is stern but gentle; he has a way of motivating you that will make you want to put in the necessary work to achieve results. He is easily one of the best trainers I’ve had since moving to the Triangle.

Absolutely phenomenal experience training with Coach Bryant! His military background shines through in his discipline, motivation, and structured workouts that push me to my limits in the best way. He strikes the perfect balance between tough and encouraging, making every session both challenging and rewarding. Best trainer ever!!! If I wasn't moving, he'd be my trainer for life. Coach Bryant provides a individualized approach to training. He is really invested in your progress which of course yields results. The gym is very clean, and always fully stocked with water which you will need constantly because you will sweat profusely. Lol Even though you will WORK, it will be worth it. I'm so grateful I found a trainer that was able to snap me back into shape in such a short time, motivate me to change some bad habits, and that didn't make working out seem like a chore. Sessions were fun yet challenging and I'm in the best shape I've been in in years. Thank you!
