Coach Bryant has been pivotal in my fitness journey. I’ve been working with him for over 2 years now. I’ve reached my goal weight so we’re currently working on toning. My work schedule is a bit hectic but he’s very flexible so that works out well for me. Coach is stern but gentle; he has a way of motivating you that will make you want to put in the necessary work to achieve results. He is easily one of the best trainers I’ve had since moving to the Triangle.

Absolutely phenomenal experience training with Coach Bryant! His military background shines through in his discipline, motivation, and structured workouts that push me to my limits in the best way. He strikes the perfect balance between tough and encouraging, making every session both challenging and rewarding. I’m stronger now and have a clear picture of what I need to do to reach my fitness goals. Best trainer ever!!! If I wasn't moving, he'd be my trainer for life. Coach Bryant provides a individualized approach to training. He is really invested in your progress which of course yields results. The gym is very clean, and always fully stocked with water which you will need constantly because you will sweat profusely. Lol Even though you will WORK, it will be worth it. I'm so grateful I found a trainer that was able to snap me back into shape in such a short time, motivate me to change some bad habits, and that didn't make working out seem like a chore. Sessions were fun yet challenging and I'm in the best shape I've been in in years. Thank you!

Bryant is a fantastic trainer! When I started with him a few months ago, I was incredibly out of shape having not exercised consistently in several years. I needed someone to motivate me and hold me accountable and Bryant has done just that. My weight and measurements have decreased and, most importantly, my strength and endurance have increased. I feel better than I have in a long time and am able to do more physical activities with my 3 year old. I still have a long way to reach my goal but Bryant is providing the tools (both diet and exercise) as well as the guidance and encouragement to get me there!
