Introduction: The foundation of my work is service. I want to provide a service to the community to teach children to swim and help save lives. Drowning is one the highest causes of death among children, and I want to make a difference in my community by saving lives. Plus, when you know how to swim it's very relaxing and healthy. I've always loved to swim, compete and help others build their confidence in their abilities in the aquatic arena. Both recreational and competitive swimming have been a passion of mind since I was three years old. I started competing at age five.
