- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is quoted separately based on client needs. We usually provide a full proposal with segmented pricing, case studies, and more. We offer nonprofit organizations a 15% discount on web design services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we listen to the client, their needs, their short term and long term needs. Then we use real data to research their industry, their niche, their demographic, their search visibility, and their competitors. We develop a content strategy based on the data we've gathered while identifying the best channels to use and the best language or "tone of voice" to use. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Google verified partner for SEO and Adwords. Our education ranges from traditional university education to trade schools with a focus on digital media, marketing & communications, and business management. We've completed our Adobe training. Most recently we've completed a course in Comprehensive Search and SEO Strategies.
