- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While every website is different, we often advertise specials on our website. These packages are usually catered toward start up companies and those with a low marketing budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call or a detailed email, depending on the type of work. It's important to understand exactly what the goals of the project are, to make sure the best product is delivered. After we get a clear understanding of your needs, we give you a firm quote. Most of our projects require a 50% deposit. Once, the payment is made, we get to work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't fall prey to the firms who say that you can get a free website or that you can gain top rankings on the search engines with little or no budget, and/or little or no effort. We all have that one niece or nephew who can do it cheaper, but do you really want to go that route? If they can’t get their own business to show up in Google, do you really think they will be able to help you?
