What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Twin Oaks offers discounted coaching packages for payment in advance of multiple sessions after the free Discovery Session. Business consultation engagements are priced with an initial $175 fee to understand the scope of work and then negotiated per engagement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For coaching, our first conversation is a free Discovery Session designed for us to get to know one other, let you know what it means to work with a coach who is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and make sure we're a good fit. You'll understand my expectations and I'll understand yours. Business consultation moves forward in a similar way, beginning with a Discovery Session to clarify your expectations and set the terms of engagement. I'll work with you to apply lean six sigma concepts to reduce costs and increase efficiencies within your business or organization. From there, we'll figure out how many sessions you'd like to book, arrange a coaching cadence, and book your appointment(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm Hebe Alexander, owner and director of Twin Oaks Professional Consulting. I'm a certified Diversity Coach, certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a member of the International Coaching Federation. My coaching specialty is helping others develop their skills, apply a strategic approach to problem-solving, and build areas of specialization. I do this by using methodology, performance, and behavioral coaching skills to help others maximize their strengths. My business consulting practice uses these same skills to engage you and your team in optimizing your business or organization. We'll work together to create and implement solutions that work for you!
