I'm a small company that doesn’t have all the overhead most big companies do so I’m able to pass the savings down to my customers. I understand that everybody has a budget to keep but at same time I have to make money to provide for my family and I so as long as I can do that and also provide a reasonable price I believe I win and the customer wins.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and looking at the job and speaking with the customer gives me information on how much I have to charge for that specific job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is doing a walkthrough of what they need done and addressing and concerns or questions they may have, then I write out my estimate describing everything I’m going to do, the products I’m going to use, length of time the work is going to take and price. After work is complete we do a walkthrough and if any issues arise I take care of them before finial payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I go to a pro show that is held by sherwin Williams there I learn about new products and equipment that can make my profession better and easier.
