Introduction: I lead accountability groups in which individuals can workout from the comfort of their own home at their convenience. My accountability groups meet virtually and in person, and we have lots of fun sharing healthy recipes, and keeping each other accountable daily! I love people transform their bodies and their mindsets. It's not about training longer; it's about training smarter. Knowing that I'm teaching them healthy habits for a lifetime is so fulfilling.
