My dryer stopped working a few months back and I kept going back and forth on if I should just replace it or hire someone to check it out. I’m so glad I decided to hire Battle Ready Repairs. He was very responsive and was able to come out the same day! He identified the problem quickly, order the parts and was back the next day. Service was quick and efficient. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $85 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85. I have a $65 cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.
