Absolutely punctual with quality work & communication. No upsell, complete professionalism and I will be hiring in the very near future for more repairs and replacements. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $100 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.
