- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly strive to take seminars and classes concerning new technologies in our field. Some of these courses are offered in limited numbers and locations. We have already completed 2 such courses issued by Indian Hills College of Ottumwa Iowa!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
By far Virus removals! People assume simply because they have an antivirus they are safe. Worse people assume because an antivirus charges high fee's that it somehow works better. We are constantly getting in computers protected by NORTON AND MCAFEE that are full of infections!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
CALL AROUND - There are many shops in the area, with many prices. It is always a good idea to check a few. ALL SHOPS ARE NOT THE SAME - Just because the shop is a large businesses DOES NOT mean quality work, Many large businesses have only one certified tech and many "helpers". NEVER PAY OF DIAGNOSTICS! - You know what's wrong with your computer , IT'S BROKEN! What you need is the computer FIXED! DON'T WAIT DAYS FOR REPAIR! - Some places offer "rush service" for a fee. This is a ploy to get you to pay more. If you do not pay your PC may sit for a day or two for a repair that should take 4 hours.
