- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give a quote based on what we see from pictures and information that they give me by phone text or email. The price could change based on further observation once I am on site. Before any work is done I will give an exact price. Once the customer agrees I will begin work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I get a little more information from the customer. I go to their home or business assess the situation give them a exact labor price. If there is any materials that need to be bought. if the customer cannot pick up the materials. I will drive and pick up The materials. I will buy the materials bring back the receipt so they can reimburse me for their materials. Then install their materials to complete the job.

I received my Senior Glazing Certification in 1996.
