They responded very promptly and when they showed up, they took the time to educate me on the issues at hand as well as the short and long-term solutions for the repair. While working, they went the extra mile and fixed a window that didn’t open and close properly at no additional cost. We chatted about possible replacement windows and they helped steer me away from making that costly decision as mine were in good shape. With the fixes they made I can now turn the heat down a few notches, since the heat is retained better.
