Marcel showed up promptly to quote the job. Explained in detail what would need to be done ,and how he would proceed. Explained the particulars of the product that he would use, and the time frame needed for the project to be completed. Received the quote promptly, price was reasonable, and the job was done excellently. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my fence, it really looks great. I would highly recommend cape fear fence and deck stain for anyone's fence or deck staining.

Marcel & his wife take pride in their work & are very neat , and are friendly. I was constantly updated as to when they would be arriving & how the job was going. It was a big job, 4 big porches, all the wood had to be cleaned, some sanding, & then stained. They had many shades to choose from & he gave us a fair price. I recommend Cape Fear Fence & Deck & would want them to come back when it needs to be rejuvenated.

Above all else, Marcel made it personal, he explained everything and set real expectations for the outcome. His concern that I would be pleased with the result was evident (and I am). Schedule was crazy because of the rain, and was finished within the originally states timeframe in spite of it.
