- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates to our customers. We take accurate measurements, and assess each project with your wants and needs in mind. Your quote includes materials and labor. We offer a 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all new installation projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your free estimate is performed, we find the best priced quality materials for your project. We can keep in contact over the phone or via email. Once a price and project have been agreed upon, we will call for a mark-out. This ensures that no public underground utilities will be damaged during digging. A deposit will be required prior to beginning any work. Each deposit allows us to either purchase or reserve materials for your project. A final payment will be required upon completion of work.
