For those who are interested in taking their longevity journey to the next level, I highly recommend talking to Lori about the peptide therapies that Health House offers.I did my initial research and did not feel comfortable ordering from online sources. I wanted assurance that the peptides I am using are being sourced from a clean reputable facility and not some lab overseas with unregulated unsanitary conditions. Also, I wanted to have an expert who I could discuss options and guide me with reaching my health goals. The process can be overwhelming at first so I needed the 1 on 1 conversations to comprehend the details of using peptides. Lori is so patient and knowledgeable. I always learn something new and my questions are answered after chatting with her!I have been using multiple peptides (aka stacking) since starting in December 2025. The changes I have experienced during the past 6 months have been incredible. I have lost almost 40 pounds, my skin and hair are healthy & glowing, joint aches and pains have diminished, inflammation has decreased and my blood sugar levels have declined dramatically. I have increased energy throughout the day, mental clarity / focus and Im sleeping a solid 8 hours a night. I cant say enough good things about Health House. It really is a one stop shop for holistic wellness I absolutely love the classes!!! The staff is amazing The teachers are second to none. Health house is a one stop wellness facility with great package options and offers trial packages too. Im enrolled in the class package for Rolesville, and appreciate that there are evening classes that accommodate my work hours. There are sufficient classes for me to take thru the week and weekend. The instructors are great, promising a fun and effective workout. Shoutout to instructors Lori, Suzanne, Melissa, and Allie and the staff there. I look forward to trying out all the other offerings.
