Napa's Cleaning Service started cleaning our church in June. It is a fairly large facility and was in need of a deep clean in all areas. Their eye and concern for details by far exceeds any previous service we have contracted. They have cleaned corners and nooks, stripped and waxed the floors (with before and after pictures being shocking) and again it has been all about details. There have been comments from members about the bathrooms smelling so much better. Marcos and Kim have been a pleasure to work with and their performance has been as promised. We are very pleased with the services they are providing each week!

We prefer to set a fee based on the project, rather than hourly, but are willing to discuss an hourly rate in some instances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat to get an idea of what cleaning services you need and explain what we include in a deep clean or general clean. We find out specifics, such as size, to give you the best estimate, preferably in person but this could be via phone or email initially.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive on-the-job training from supervisors and learning through experiences, and also have completed a professional training course for owning/operating a cleaning business.
