- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, which covers just about any small project. A good rate, with a good service. Just keep it simple. Also able to give a quote for a flat rate that we will both be happy with. Would include the cost of labor, materials and the task of acquiring the materials. So there's no worries for the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting through the initial intent to hire process of the app. I like to establish a good contact base. To ensure the customer is comfortable with me and the scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sorry, but not sorry. No school, all hands on.....
