- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price by the job. Deep cleans of course are more then a standard clean. I try to be fair always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when recieving a message from a customer, I respond immediately because response time shows I'm serious about being hired. I make sure my quote was good & then ask any questions I may have to help me better serve them. I'll answer any questions they have, book the clean & show up on time to clean!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was 14. I also worked for a cleaning company for years before going out on my own. Cleaning is my passion & what I love to do!
