I have been cleaning for 10+ years! Cleaning is my passion. I have 6 choldren so I have seen every mess there is! I am good with animals & love all type 🙂 I am not satisfied unless the client is & always double check before I go to make sure I did a thorough job! My favorite jobs to do are deep cleans, I love seeing the difference I made! I am commited to being on time & always available for those "emergency" or last minute cleans. Have experience with hoarding type cleans as well!

Kayla did such an AMAZING job with my move out clean! She was responsive, communicated well, provided a list of things she would clean and DELIVERED like no bodies business! She got stuff cleaned that was there when we moved in!! If you get the chance, get her in your contacts!

I highly recommend this housekeeper! She came to our rescue on very short notice after we walked into a rental house that was in terrible condition. Despite how filthy it was, she arrived promptly with a positive attitude and got right to work.
She was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. By the time she finished, the house was completely transformed and actually felt clean and comfortable. Her attention to detail and willingness to help us out at the last minute made a stressful situation so much easier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price by the job. Deep cleans of course are more then a standard clean. I try to be fair always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when recieving a message from a customer, I respond immediately because response time shows I'm serious about being hired. I make sure my quote was good & then ask any questions I may have to help me better serve them. I'll answer any questions they have, book the clean & show up on time to clean!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was 14. I also worked for a cleaning company for years before going out on my own. Cleaning is my passion & what I love to do!
