FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 for a service call which covers the first hour and $40 for each additional hour. I also charge a mileage/travel fee of $15 per hour. If your machine is not repairable I will only charge 1/2 a service call plus the mileage/travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to explain everything possible about their problem and their options. My philosophy is, "Take care of your customer and your customer will take care of you."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied air cond/refrigeration, electrical, and electronics at State Tech Institute in Memphis.....went to several factory training schools when I worked for Rowe International on vending machines, $ bill changers and jukeboxes.....worked and trained with several factory reps from different machine manufacturers......and trained with some of the best service techs in the field when I worked for a couple of large vending companies.
