We've engaged Joe and Rowan Heating twice in the last twelve months to install gas logs (we have two fireplaces and spread the jobs out). Installation was quick and professional, and theykept the areas clean during and afterwards. The crew took the time to explain how to use the logs and even warned against leaving batteries in the units for long periods because that leads to corrosion and broken electronics leaving customers with unusable logs. With the first set, we had a minor issue and reached out to Joe. He quickly responded and we set up a time and he spent the morning with us to make sure the issue was resolved. Glad they could help us out and we're glad to refer him to anyone who is looking for their service.

I had a very strange cast iron box installed in my fireplace, and it looked awful. I called a few local companies to see about removing it and turning this back into a standard fireplace. One company quoted me $10,000, another $2,700, but Rowan can in under $1,500! They’re removed this awful DIY job from the people who previously owned my house, and now I have a much nicer looking standard fireplace. They also cleaned everything and fixed my chimney cap to be safe and usable again. I do have to paint the inside and install the hardware on my own, but I don’t expect this to be too difficult to do.
