We had two companies come out as our fireplace was leaking during a rain storm. The first company told us we needed to essentially demolish the top of our chimney and rebuild it for about $10k. Rowan Chimney made it clear this was no necessary and was able to seal the crown right away for under $400. Very responsive, punctual, and great work quality. Highly recommend.

Joe called me back when he was on vacation! He showed up on time. showed me everything he did, my fireplace works great now. he cleaned my dryer vent and it was VERY clogged. he said I was a few loads away from a dryer for. he was just wonderful frendy. i will definitely have them come for regular maintenance. l

Their response was quick and appropriate. They knew what they were doing and could help us with operation of the gas fireplace. We did not end up needing a new unit. He was very helpful in how to operate and turn it on. He gave great advice on the operational aspects of a gas fireplace. He also cleaned our chimney and was quick and did a very thorough job.
