Joe called me back when he was on vacation! He showed up on time. showed me everything he did, my fireplace works great now. he cleaned my dryer vent and it was VERY clogged. he said I was a few loads away from a dryer for. he was just wonderful frendy. i will definitely have them come for regular maintenance. l
