I had my waterfall pump give out and stop working. After requesting a quote from Jacob it was replaced and back up and running in less then 24 hours at what I believe was a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. I would hire him and his crew again for waterfall/pond maintenance and repair.

I can't say enough good things about this service! Jacob and his team did an excellent job cleaning our pond. It was quite overgrown and murky before they arrived, but they completely transformed it. I had a very good experience working with Jacob. He was able to quickly identify the issue on why the water fountain was not recycling the water properly. Fixed the issue on the spot and then came back to setup an automated way the water is refilled into the tank. Also cleaned up the water fountain tank. Overall very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Recently my waterfall pump stopped working and I worried about the fish in the pond. I found Jacob from Thumbtack, he replied to my request very quickly and gave recommendations. After he checked the system on site, it was a relatively smaller problem rather than the whole pump. He fixed it in no time. Now the water fall is back running, fish are happy and I'm happy too. I really appreciate Jacob's professionalism, punctuation and his honesty. He is also very knowledgeable about the aquarium and landscaping. His price for the service is fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend his service for ponds and landscaping. I will definitely ask him back for a spring pond maintenance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over the phone estimates free with 95percent accuracy after seeing pictures and prospect sees our work and style of build. We start conversation on the phone to see if we're a good fit. if so, we schedule a time to put you on schedule within 4 to 6 weeks and create the project of your dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated Aquascape University in 2007. Trained multiple landscapers to be successful creating beautiful water features. I have instructed many classes throughout North Carolina and have been a speaker at the Green and grow trade show for landscapers several years providing instruction on technical aspects of building but most importantly the importance of customer satisfaction. we instruct with Hands-On building classes, and dozens of other training exercises on how to build proper water features in addition to creating hundreds of aquatic sculptures, Fountainscapes, patios, decks, ponds and waterfalls.
