After a couple of days we spoke on the phone. He was personable and eager to get started. He spent the better part of an hour remotely exploring my laptop to try to solve the problem It was getting late and I decided to end the session. I did not get back to him because my provider and I partially solved the problem. But, if needed, I would call on him again.
