- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use several resources when calculating pricing for any given project. Most projects are broken down and priced based on national averages. We make adjustments for regional pricing and always make sure the pricing is fair for the level and quality of work we provide. We find that most often we are never the lowest and never the highest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customers needs and work with them to create a solution that meets their needs and budget. Then I work to exceed all expectations and provide a on time and on budget finished product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When the economy fell I lost my retail management job and I started working with contractors I know. I did this for several years then in 2015 I went out on my own. In 2016 I partnered with a fellow contractor and we have worked together for the past 2 years.
