With the time I became a fabricator and an erector/installer and worked my way up to became a project manager, in the course of 12 years I can say that I almost know all the tricks of the trade. We recently had new metal handrails installed on our front stoop by Xtreme Steel Works, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They helped us select a design that really complements our home, and the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding—sturdy, sleek, and beautifully finished. We recently hired Xtreme Steel Works and owner Mauricio to install metal railings for my front porch, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience and results. From the initial consultation through project completion, Mauricio demonstrated excellent communication skills. He was responsive to my questions, kept me informed about the timeline, and was genuinely personable throughout the process. The pricing was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received. Mauricio provided a detailed estimate upfront with no surprise charges or hidden fees. The quality of the metalwork itself is absolutely top-notch. The craftsmanship is evident in every weld and detail - the railings are sturdy, professionally finished, and built to last. Mauricio clearly takes pride in his work and pays close attention to the small details that make the difference between good work and great work. Our only concern was with the color matching. Despite Mauricio bringing out a color swatch to match our existing trim, the final color ended up being noticeably off from what we were trying to match. While it's not a deal-breaker and the railings still look good, it was disappointing as we'll likely need to repaint to match railing with shutters & door. Overall, I would definitely recommend Xtreme Steel Works and Mauricio for metal fabrication projects. The combination of quality workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service makes them a solid choice.
