- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront about our pricing when bidding a job…. There are rare occasions where pricing may change do to many variables, however if pricing changes, we will inform all customers prior to beginning any and all work… so all are in agreement. We do offer multi service discounts… such as (Soft washing combined with Driveway / Sidewalk or Patio washing, Gutter cleaning, Roof cleaning, Deck Washing etc.. )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customer/s… we like to explain our work, our estimates and quotes in detail, and also any and all customer questions and concerns. We want all of our customers to be informed of the work we plan to provide a quote for or work we plan to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 5 years experience in both residential & commercial pressure / soft washing. We currently clean multiple restaurant locations on bi-weekly & monthly schedules, we also have yearly contracts with Property Managment Companies & HOA’s local to the Triangle area. While we serve multiple commercial properties, we still continue to maintain high standards for our new and returning residential clients as well. We have attended and continue to attend seminars and conventions to gain knowledge in our industry to better serve all of our customers.
