- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my downtime, I am constantly browsing the internet reading about all of the newest developments in technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a little kid in the mid 80's, my grandmother wanted me to work in computers because she saw that they were going to be a major part of everyday life in the near future. She sparked my interest and my parents bought my first computer. After that, I was hooked on technology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common types of jobs that I do my clients include, but are certainly not limited to, virus/malware removal and system optimizations, ipad/iphone screen replacements, wireless network installations, and wifi/network printer installations.
