I am a partner in your healing journey - here to provide support with accountability, discipline & a safe environment to reconnect with your body to establish a stable state of being.
My philosophy is that movement & mindful habits create a life of resilience, confidence & strength. I blend movement with physiological & psychological experiences that you will learn to incorporate in your daily life to create greater clarity & positive momentum.
I use techniques including: functional movement, Yoga, Pilates, dance, Nervous System Regulation, Meditation & mindset shifting exercises uniquely tailored for each individual or group setting.
Offerings include but are not limited to:
- Retreats
- Private / group sessions
- Beach / outdoor / virtual settings
- Yacht Yoga - for charters or owners at the marina or at sea!
What I do NOT offer - please do not inquire if you are looking strictly for these services:
- Weight training
- Fitness goals focused solely on asthetics
- Intense protocols (because they never work long term)
If you are looking for lasting results and are willing to work with me as your accountability partner, we will build a strong foundation for your physical practice and emotional well-being.
For those looking for private training: this is not a one and done experience. The healing journey requires consistency & discipline - and having someone there to guide & support you along the way is why I am here.
