We have used Geoff to clean our carpet in the past. First was to clean the entire house. Then last November our golden retriever puppy knocked an entire glass of red wine on a light colored, custom made, relatively new carpet. Geoff was able to get the stain out and you would never know anything had been spilled on it and it has not re-surfaced as sometimes happens with other methods.
We just used him to clean, stain, and seal all the grout in our kitchen tile floor. He did a beautiful job on this and it should last for 8-10 years. He arrives when he says he will be there. He is very good about returning phone calls and should he be running a little late he always calls to let you know.
I will never use any other carpet cleaning method or company again. I hope he has no plans to retire any time soon.

Geoff has superior customer service skills and the carpet cleaning he does, from my experience, is much better than steam cleaning. The carpet is dry when he is finished, and he has removed stains that I thought would never come out of the carpeting. I highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Plus!
