- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I have always worked on and with computers, it became our dream to one day open our own company and be able to utilize all the skills that we have learned together, to better grow our family and provide a solid future for our 5 children.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure that you and the person you are seeking to hire have a very strong communication path. It is always highly relevant to ensure that you can reach them at a moment's notice to make any emergency changes you might require. Often in web design the majority of the work being done requires you as the client to be able to review and make changes on the spot to ensure you're getting exactly what your business needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Working with computers is very time consuming. Often the little quirks software may have, take the longest to repair. Most times you have to go through a process of elimination to find the issue at hand, and that always takes time.
