As a 12 year old boy I was tasked with the cleaning and landscaping of my church and Christian school. After high school, I joined with a facilities services company to provide the janitorial services for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. After college, I joined with a large commercial janitorial company and moved through the ranks to the position of Branch Manager. There I gained experience in sales and management of over 100 employees. I enjoyed relationships as we met the janitorial needs of manufacturing plants, large office spaces, school campuses, and healthcare facilities. Later I spent several years selling supplies to those in the commercial janitorial industry and then returned to my roots as the Environmental Services manager of a large and respected liberal arts university. Finally, my over 20 years of cumulative experience in sales, facility management of large spaces, employee management, customer service, and even hands on work re-finishing floors, cleaning windows, and providing janitorial service, I began my own company - Spotless Janitorial.
My website title represents my desire to simply perform for the customer rather than lock them into undesirable contracts. I work for long term relationships that are based upon communication, adjustment, admitting failures, and solidifying processes that make the customer happy.
