New customers enjoy 20% off their first clean! When you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly services, we start with a thorough deep clean, then maintain your space with standard cleanings going forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer starts by requesting a quote and providing basic details such as the size of the home, preferred date and time, and type of cleaning. For first-time cleanings, we request a few photos of key areas to confirm the correct service and pricing. Once details are confirmed, the cleaning is scheduled. After the service is completed, the customer is notified and given a chance to reach out if they have any questions or concerns.
