Pat was very helpful in giving us options with the limited space we had in our kitchen remodeling. They worked diligently and professionally to get our project done on time. Can’t say enough about what a change the remodel did for our kitchen, they did a fantastic job.

We had our home listed in 2018 so we could downsize and move closer to my work. Didn’t sell so we decided to remodel the home to make it work for us and have it ready to sell if we ever needed to. Struck up a conversation with Pat at Lowe’s and we eventually did business together. We opened up outlet downstairs by turning a BR/Bath into our new living room. Reworked the kitchen and rest of the space, redid a full bath upstairs and turned our old upstairs laundry room into a new full bath. Lots of plumbing and electrical rerouting. Pat is trustworthy and diligent to address and fix any issues. He wants the customer to be happy, we had lots of dialogue about various things and he would always consider and come up with options and solutions. That’s what I wanted in a remodeler. Everyone that sees our place now can’t believe the makeover.

From start to finish, this team was easy to work with incorporating great communication, flexibility, and guidance for us as their customers. At every step of the way, we felt like they really cared about doing it right the first time. They were neat (as neat as you can be with drywall dust) and attentive to the smallest details. Our new kitchen is gorgeous and far more functional.
