FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My way of pricing a job on the unit depends on the price of the part that I will be replacing. Afterwards I will add the cost of labor. The cost of labor depends on the difficulty of the task at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first meeting the new customer, I always greet them with a positive attitude. Then I'll listen to what is wrong with their appliance, and then go ahead and check the unit. Afterwards, I'll tell them what I found, and ask if they would want me to go ahead and complete the necessary process to fix the unit, all while explaining what the estimate cost of the job will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enrolled in classes at the Randolph Community College in Asheboro, NC for two years.
