The repair man called, and arrived on time. Very polite, very professional. He had to order a part and returned a few days later with it as he had explained. The washer is as good as new. I will definitely use him again,

After days of seeking a repair person for my dryer, when I got in touch with Southern Appliance they responded quickly, got someone to me the next day, we’re willing to come on Saturday morning. Punctual, clean, explained and showed me problem, had the parts on board to fix immediately and reasonably priced. Awesome! Thank you, Jose!

Jose was straightforward and patient. It had been a trying week personally since contacting him for the needed repair. He stayed in close contact to make a convenient time for me and my family to evaluate the needed repair. Once there he was quick and tried his best to get our appliance going. After finding the issue he gave several options on how to proceed. He was willing to take the fridge away and use it for parts and not charge a fee for the visit or repair it. I can say the price for repair was economical and very fair. I am awaiting his return to make the repair complete. I can tell you if his repairs are as through as he was today- He is my appliance repair person for life. Again, Professional, Punctual and economical- A Three way knockout- After waiting for weeks the last for a repairman-- Jose has my VOTE every time!
