Dustin was able to remove our defunct dishwasher and install our new one on schedule and as planned. We initially hired Best Buy to extract old one and complete the installation. They did not go the extra steps to pull out the old d/w and told us we would need to remove granite counter tops or cut a whole in our wooden floor to remove old dishwasher...costly and a major project delay. Justin and his assistant put in the effort needed and successfully removed the old appliance. He was a lifesaver!

If you ever buy a dishwasher from Home Depot (or anywhere), do yourself a favor and call Dustin for installation. Home Depot's so-called installation services are a joke. A not funny joke. In contrast, Dustin responded quickly, came to our house right on time, only 2 days after we contacted him, and installed our dishwasher and new kitchen faucet. Everything works perfectly. Dustin is super nice, professional and competent, and his charges are very reasonable. We will gladly hire him again without hesitation.
