Definitely a memorable experience and would hire him again. He was knowledgeable about the washing machine, knew where to start to diagnose the problem (it wasn't draining or spinning), ordered the part and came back the next day to put it in. The cost of the part and the labor was economical.

Dustin was great to work with. He did not try to upsell me or tell me something needed to be replaced before he inspected at a rental property of mine. He was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and common issues. He inspected it and let it defrost after which it began working again. In the future if I have any appliance issues, will definitely call Dustin!
