- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce my self and find out what they desire to achieve. I visit the site of the project. I listen and I educate them on options without being dismissive. We talk about budget because I don’t waste people’s resources and I value everyone’s time. I send pictures along with suggested process. I send them a quote then follow up so they are completely knowledgeable of what is included in scope of work. We agree to move forward. I take a deposit and order dumpsters or any other preliminary staging. We set a date to start. My crew arrives and we send progress pictures to document the phases. My clients love to keep the videos especially if it is an old homestead being transformed. I stay in constant communication. Once project is complete we do a formal walk of the site before final payment is rendered. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. We used to be a construction firm who as we grew started specializing in demolition. We have extensive knowledge of blueprints, and other facets of construction. We demo to plans and know how to do hand demolition to protect the integrity of the structure. We have years of application with proven success project after project. A picture is worth a 1000 words is our time stamp in the history of our humble beginnings.
