lord, I do not know where to start but let me start off by saying, any plumbing issues that happens in the future I will be using ZOOM DRAIN. Dylan came out and checked every thing he could possibly check so that he can rule out the other possibility to help us save money. Dylan was very professional and polite. He was very knowledgable and informative in references to the job and his duties. the best part about zoom drain, is they are very affordable. Dylan came out on Saturday and then came back on Sunday. We really appreciate him. I hope that if I ever need plumbing in the future, I can request Dylan. Great job

I had a serious tenant situation for plumbing leak this morning. I called this company. Within an hour, I had a technician call me with all necessary information. Discussed the matter with me and took care of it by evening. Drew, the technician is amazing!! Super efficient, good communication, fair prices! What more do you need! Andrew was very punctual and professional. Resolved my backed up drain with the hydro-jetter. The whole process was stress free. Definitely recommend Zoom Drain. These guys are good.
