Introduction: We offer traditional yoga classes, yoga therapy, meditation, and Pranayama. Our goal is to introduce the benefits of yoga as a method for improving health, both physical and mental. Stress is a primary causal player in present day chronic diseases. Whether stress is due to biological, social or environmental factors, yoga is becoming recognized as a resource for reducing the negative effects of stress on body and mind.
