Brittany was very quick to respond to my initial cleaning request; extremely thorough in communicating the services she offered and very accommodating with my special requests; punctual and accurately estimated the time needed to thoroughly and properly clean my home; very professional and personable. Brittany oversaw 2 cleaners in my home to ensure nothing was missed and that everything was up to standard. I was amazed at how wonderful my entire home looked after their cleaning, but I was especially impressed that the crew was able to remove the toilet ring that I had tried everything to remove. My baseboards even sparkled when they were done. I was so impressed by the level of cleanliness this crew provided, I have decided to keep them on a biweekly basis moving forward as long as they continue with this level of cleanliness and thoroughness.

From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly thorough during the quoting process. I explained exactly what I needed for my new home, including my concerns and expectations for a true deep clean before moving in, and she took the time to understand every detail. Her professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that I had hired the right team.

Because I was away from the property during the cleaning, I asked for updates, photos, and videos throughout the process. Not only did she accommodate that request, but she kept me informed every step of the way and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Being able to see the progress and the final results gave me tremendous peace of mind.
