I explained exactly what I needed for my new home, including my concerns and expectations for a true deep clean before moving in, and she took the time to understand every detail. Her professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that I had hired the right team. Because I was away from the property during the cleaning, I asked for updates, photos, and videos throughout the process. Not only did she accommodate that request, but she kept me informed every step of the way and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Being able to see the progress and the final results gave me tremendous peace of mind. When I saw the finished product, I was genuinely impressed. The Shimmer and Shine team is best-in-class at what they do. We needed a deep cleaning on a large home with an unreasonably short turnaround going into a holiday weekend. S&S responded quickly late at night, gave the quote, showed up on time, and went the EXTRA mile to deliver the quality asked for. The team stayed beyond their estimated time because they didn’t feel the job was done yet. It’s not common to work with people of that character. We will be using them again.
