The tech is absolutely great! Hes cordial and prompt every single time hes here at our home. His efforts have been exemplary and a blessing to our 3 family dogs in not having to contend with fleas - period! You see - several years ago we lost our Doberman to his 1st dose of an oral flea medication recommended by our vet! Weve refused to give any flea medication to any of our dogs since! For that reason, your services have been a blessing and the best part is, our tech understands our needs regarding this issue completely! Thank you guys for all you do!

Johnel Johnson called prior to arrival as I was told and arrive within said timeframe. He was extremely polite, listened to our concerns and did a thorough job. He made sure to give details about our dog and keeping her away from sprayed areas for 30 minutes. He wore booties which I greatly appreciate. Hope he can be our technician moving forward.
