I met with 3 roofers from this sight. All very nice but Bailey and Brad took the time with me to review what they found and how they were going to fix it. Their crew was punctual and polite and did an excellent job. Bailey and Brad came when the job was done and got up on the roof and inspected and took pictures. I was very pleased. Their inspection and estimate is free and so are annual checks if you need one.

Bailey handled this job professionally and well. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to upsell us. He understood that we were mitigating and not yet replacing. His quote was thorough and he took digital payments. When his crew encountered an additional issue, they communicated it clearly in writing and video. They then seamlessly added the additional work without delaying the overall progress. In the end they matched the material and color for our very old farmhouse, did careful repairs, and identified a potentially dangerous issue with our chimney. From soup to nuts, we went from first contact to completion in less than a week.

Bailey did a nice job identifying roof maintenance needs at my home, using a drone taking photos of various areas of the 14 year old roof. He caulked nail heads on all flashing and replaced nails with screws in problem areas. He also caulked around roof vent pipes to prevent water leakage. I plan to have him return for further maintenance at regular intervals.
