Bailey responded quickly to my request, and after finishing another nearby job showed up at my house for an estimate. Unlike another contractor- he gave me a quote on the spot; which I accepted. He then inspected the whole roof and showed me pics of cracks in shingles and rusted nail pops. I had him seal all of them. He worked efficiently to get my roof taken care of - blew off the roof and gutters as well- I was all taken care of within hours of my Thumbtack message. I highly recommend him if you’re considering roof repairs. He also offers an annual roof maintenance service program that is worth looking into.

I'd like to thank Bailey for his help in sealing roof holes and overall damage from weather conditions. He's an extremely professional business owner, very talented with construction work, and is very detail-oriented in showing repair results. Bailey also seems to be observant and can tell how old construction is based on its material, rust, structure, and weather impact. I would recommend this company for any roof maintenance/construction and overall building work.

Bailey did a nice job identifying roof maintenance needs at my home, using a drone taking photos of various areas of the 14 year old roof. He caulked nail heads on all flashing and replaced nails with screws in problem areas. He also caulked around roof vent pipes to prevent water leakage. I plan to have him return for further maintenance at regular intervals.
