Shawn is outstanding. He came out and quickly fixed my kitchen sink and drainage issues, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The quality of his work was excellent, and his pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely be using him again for any future plumbing needs.

Responded almost instantly to my inquiry in the middle of the night and unexpectedly became available the very next day morning. Had old water heater our and new one in within 48 hours of first contact and it's heating pretty darn close to magnificently. Only took that long because old one had never been flushed and was draining slowly due to sediment. I would have also chosen Responsiveness above and I am quite satisfied as to value. Professional yet personable, I recommend and would use again.

My goal is to have 100 percent satisfaction from all my customers new and old . If my customers aren't completely satisfied i will return there money wt no questions asked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Iv got my masters mech license. Universal Cfc license. Nate certified in heatpump and in natural gas and propane certified.
