Wanted to have help in mounting a 86" Monitor on a newly installed decorative wall. Josh read the manual on the mounting system and quickly assessed the situation in my home. Was on time and ready to work. Had a lot of background that was extremely beneficial in making the mount work as it was a very different mount from smaller TV's. Got it done and it is as the manual had desired. Feel very confident having this 120 pound TV on the wall now. Josh is a former active duty Marine who is studying electrical engineering with notable aspirations. He does the handyman jobs as needed while engaged in his pursuit of a degree. A commendable man who did a great job for us.
