After reading reviews on Thumbtack, I took a chance and hired Josh Chenette to hang shelving, adjust doors that weren't closing properly, install towel racks, and fix several crawlspace vents that were falling out. He was punctual, polite and communicated well before he arrived. Each task I gave him was done well and completed quickly, so I hired him a second time to hang more shelving, caulk a tub, plane the bottom of a door, and repair an old cabinet. Again he did a great job and was very fast. He has a positive energy and was helpful in suggesting solutions to each task. Don't hesitate to hire him if you need a handyman. I will be calling him again soon!

Josh was awesome! We hired him to put flooring in laundry area and ended up using him to add baseboard molding in bedrooms and crown molding in most of the house! Will definitely call him again for other jobs!

After recently moving into a new apartment, I quickly realized that the existing shelving and hanging bars would never support actually being full and would barely be able to hold much of my hanging and folded clothing etc.. I connected with Josh on Thumbtack for a quote. He quickly responded to my request, made time to come review the 3 closets, offered his feedback of what he could do to make what was already in the current closet spaces work much better to properly support a full load, and how best to make the most of all of the additional unused closet space adding more of the same shelving but with much better support too. Josh fit me into his schedule as soon as he could, was always punctual, completed the job quickly with high quality and attention to detail, and most importantly was able to work within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and most highly recommend him. I will absolutely be calling on him again.

Josh messaged me back the very same day. He set a day and time to come to my home. He was early that morning! Everything was put together perfectly. He was very well mannered and even helped move a tv downstairs which was not on the list i asked him to assemble. I will definitely use him again if i need any more projects completed.
