Originally from the Chicago area. I've been in business since 1992. I have 40 yrs experience in the construction/remodeling and maintenance trades. A 3rd generation plumber specializing in bathroom design and remodeling, Mancave design and build, tile, carpentry, decks, sewer problems, flooring, general handyman tasks. No job too small. I don't like the term "Handyman". Where I'm from, any Joe with a pick up truck and a toolbelt can consider themselves a "Handyman". I'm a Crafsman. I've never had to spend alot of money on advertising. Most of my work comes fom repeat business and word of mouth. That sayas alot. I'm proud of my work and stand behind it. I give a lifetime warranty on my custom shower bases. I believe in using only the highest quality parts and materials. I've found that my callbacķs or problems were due to the materials I used and not the work I've done. Communication is very important to me. I explain step by step what I'm planning to do. I have no problem with someone looking over my shoulder while I'm working. Why would I? I'm good at what I do. I have fun teaching people how to do it themselves next time. . I build things with my own hands and tools, many of which were my dads and grandfathers. I design things, and make it come to life. I help people visualize what the finished product can and will look like. I enjoy doing the things for homeowners that cant do, are afraid to do or dont have time to do themselves. I show up with a fully stocked enclosed trailer with just about all the tools I would need to build a house and most of the bits, parts and pieces to fix the common requests.
