- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my time invested in preparing before I come to the house and the time spent during our visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will research their area for buyer demographic before our visit, during our visit we will do a walk thru starting at the curb and then each room of the interior ending our tour with the back yard, I will then give then a proposal for work or a staging report where they will take notes of my recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with HSR as a Home Stager and Redesigner.
